The brief is to create a film trailer in the style of Warp.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The target audience of this film is 18+ because of very strong violence, strong horror, strong blood and gore and frequent strong language. The film is not targeted at a specific group however it is not appropriate for people under the age of 18 because of the content. For demographic audience it would be aimed at ABC1 as these would produce more profit and be able to go watch this as it is a sociology-economic group.

HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS.
We will make sure we have the contact of the college on our phones if anything goes wrong as in a accident or in danger.
Not to leave bags anywhere on the floor to prevent anybody tripping up.
Make sure we have suitable footwear for the ground in the abandon building as it might not be safe and stable.
Make sure the equipment doesn't overheat.

Our film trailer will follow the rules and regulations of the BBFC (British Board of Film Classification). As our film trailer will be certificated as an 18, it will be able to include the following; Strong violence, sexual activity, strong horror, strong blood and gore, real sex (in some circumstances), discriminatory language and behaviour. The film trailer however will include based on the narrative: strong horror, strong blood and gore and strong violence. The strong horror that will be included in our film trailer will be tension-building sounds such as screams, heartbeats and also clips showing of terror. The strong blood and gore will include scenes with fake blood to make it seem more realistic. They may be strong violence as it will be scenes when they are covered in blood, tied up or locked in a room. We must follow the rules set by the BBFC because the content for an 18 is not appropriate for younger viewers, so that we can correctly certificate our film trailer. The watershed is the point in time after which programmes with adult content can be broadcasted which applies to our film trailer as it includes adult content that is 18. For our music we need to get permission for copyright, we will do this by getting our music off Royalty free websites, this is important so that we aren’t using music that we haven’t got permission for and that would be illegal to use for our consent. Data protection 1998 Law, we will need permission off every individuals that are featured in our video footage, for it to be published or broadcasted, we will use a release and consent to get people’s permission so they will be allowed to be broadcasted.
1.11 Violence, its
after-effects and descriptions of violence, whether verbal or physical,
must be appropriately limited in programmes broadcast before the
watershed (in the case of television) or when children
are particularly likely to be listening (in the case of radio) and must
also be justified by the context.
1.14 The most
offensive language must not be broadcast before the watershed (in the
case of television) or when children are particularly likely to be
listening (in the case of radio).
2.7 If a demonstration of exorcism, the occult, the paranormal,
divination, or practices related to any of these is for entertainment
purposes, this must be made clear to viewers and listeners.2.4 Programmes must not include material (whether in individual programmes or in programmes taken together) which, taking into account the context, condones or glamorises violent, dangerous or seriously antisocial behaviour and is likely to encourage others to copy such behavior. (See Rules 1.11 to 1.13 in Section One: Protecting the Under-Eighteens.)
2.3 In applying generally accepted standards broadcasters must ensure that material which may cause offence is justified by the context (see meaning of "context" below). Such material may include, but is not limited to, offensive language, violence, sex, sexual violence, humiliation, distress, violation of human dignity, discriminatory treatment or language (for example on the grounds of age, disability, gender, race, religion, beliefs and sexual orientation). Appropriate information should also be broadcast where it would assist in avoiding or minimising offense.
